What We’re Getting Into:

Learn how I approach root maintenance and body work while creating a clean, polished finish without compromising the integrity of the loc.
✅ Loc-to-Part Ratio
One of the biggest pieces of my work. Learn how to assess the relationship between the loc and its foundation and why that matters for the health and longevity of your client’s locs.
✅ Tension, Grip & Control
Improve your hand placement, crochet control and technique while learning how to work efficiently without unnecessary pulling or discomfort for your client.
✅ Loc Repairs
Learn how to identify compromised areas and determine the best approach for strengthening and repairing locs.
✅ Live Model Training
This isn’t mannequin-only education. You’ll have the opportunity to see techniques demonstrated on a live model and apply what you’re learning through hands-on practice.
✅ Real-World Problem Solving
Not every head that sits in your chair will look like the textbook example. We’ll talk through the situations we actually encounter as locticians and how to confidently determine your next move.
Who Is This Experience For?
This workshop is for locticians who already have a basic understanding of locs but want to become more confident, intentional and precise with their crochet work.
Whether you’ve been crocheting for a while and feel like something is missing, you’re ready to add crochet maintenance and repairs to your services, or you simply want another experienced set of eyes on your technique, there is room for you here.
I want this experience to feel different from sitting in a large class taking notes and hoping you understood everything.
